In 1997, we successfully developed series C track roller with multi-spherical surfaces for Italian R Company
This series product requires high accuracy and some accuracy should be reached to ISO-P4. The roughness of working surface in the product’s profile should be reached to Ra 0.12. Also the requirement of quality consistence is high and the rate of reject must be less than 1% for each shipment.

R Company did not find a supplier after looking for many factories in China, and then they hunted up YITONG from the Internet. They made on-the-spot investigation many times then decided to produce the samples in YITONG. Two months later YITONG sent the first shipment of samples. R Company accepted the technical indexes except the regularity of rotation inside rail. Regarding this problem, YITONG engineer discussed with the R&D department of R Company many times, both of us developed an apparatus that can indicate the result of rotation instead of the original judgment by sensory perception. After checked by this new apparatus, the qualified rate of the regularity of rotation inside rails for these samples is only 20%. On the following practice over one year and experienced many failure, YITONG found out an efficient way of the production that can make the one-off qualified rate rise up to 95%. After doing many tests and inspecting YITONG on the spot again, R Company with the enough confidence signed a purchase order for three years in one time.
