When customers plan to develop new track rollers or update the old one, we can design and develop the suitable and economical products for our customers according to the parameters with working environment, load, working method, mounting dimensions and service life provided by them.
During the time that customers plan to have new types, we can design and develop bearing components, can provide drawings for their reference. After confirming technical requirements, normally we can present the design drawing to them in free charges within two working days.
When the customers need the sample of this new product, we can try to produce according to the drawing confirmed. The lead time of making sample normally is six weeks. But the customers should be borne the charges of mould and special tool. If the sample should be made a little change, we can do in free of charge.
