·Make the complaint to customer@yi-tong.com

· If the products we provided are not accorded with the quality clauses we signed, the products can be returned back to YITONG or exchanged, the freight cost should be charged at YITONG side.

· For the quality requirements which not included in the quality clauses, we would like to negotiate with our customers to solve the problems together.
